Job Description
CPG/Retail sector and related to
Master Data
* Document business rules, data standards, standard operating procedures.
* Validate requests meet standards, rules, and approvals before processing.
* Follow-up with requestor regarding questions, clarifications, or issues before processing.
* Escalate requests not resolvable with customer to Cargill Master Data group.
* Process approved and validated requests.
* Notify requestor when complete.
* Log changes.
* Answer questions regarding request status.
* Should be familiar with MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul / Operations) related items (Electrical & mechanical consumables, sensors, gaskets, conveyer belt & accessories, mechanical tools & machinery, filters, lubes, grease, pipes & fittings, valves, hydraulic components, safety products, hoses & assemblies, wielding equipments & accessories, batteries, bulbs etc ),
* Able to derive the class and characteristics of a MRO item,
* If there is insufficient data for MRO items, Search through the available portals, google, Vendor websites / leaflets etc
* Need to speak to vendors and get the information.
Required Skills:
*Good Written and spoken proficiency in English & Hindi.
*Basic computer knowledge.
*Good customer service skills.
*Procurement Knowledge / Supply chain background, MDM, Knowledge on SAP, Excel, and Quality to Pick up Calls.
*Flexible to work in Night Shifts.
Education:
Any Graduates with procurement experience.
Notice Period: Immediate & less than 15 days
