This is my experience of an interview with VWR Labs for "Customer Service Representative" position, The role requires excellent communication skill and good email etiquette.

Number of Rounds: (3)
1. Face to Face
2. Written Test
3. HR
Round 1: Face to Face
In this round, we will have face to face interview with the HR. questions are like why did you left your last job, why you are choosing this company and whether we are willing to work in night shifts etc.,
Round 2: Written Test
We need to answer questions based on business knowledge, eg: the difference between quotation and bill, few grammar questions and composing an email for given scenario.
Round 3: HR
In this round HR will check your communication, they need more talkative persons, topics will not be so easy, be ready for a topic that you will never be expected, "The topic I got in this round is "old is gold".
